CNC MACHINE ALIGNMENT / COMPONENT REPLACEMENT SERVICES
Tomcat Machine offers a comprehensive machine tool alignment service to fix all geometric alignment errors. We will also replace machine linear rails, linear bearings, ball screws, linear racks, and scales and encoders. After geometric alignment and/ or installation of components, we will calibrate the machine and tune the drives as necessary to ensure the machine performs to its full accuracy potential. We will leave the machine looking spotless and performing like new.
